My Story

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? I was. I had reached the end of my rope. I was so tired of sitting on the sidelines watching my family and friends enjoy life together. Severe obstructive lung disease, gastroparesis, chronic migraines, fibromyalgia, brain fog, no energy, pain. I lived daily with symptoms that kept me in bed and drowning in depression. Doctors were out of answers for my increasing severity of symptoms, and all they could do was preform tests that had no real results and prescribe me more and more medications that didn't touch the pain.


Then it hit me. I had to take control of my own health and wellness if I was going to survive. I learned how to go from surviving to thriving and I know you can too!

I am here for you. I want to help walk you through some solutions that doctors don't really talk about. I have spent tons of hours researching gut health and it's connection to wellness.



Why Gut Health Matters

Did you know that taking care of your gut health is crucial for your overall wellbeing? Your gut is responsible for breaking down the food you eat, absorbing nutrients, and eliminating waste. It also plays a major role in your immune system, hormone regulation, and even mental health.


Dr. Linus Pauling, a Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry, believed that lack of essential vitamins and minerals can have a serious impact on our health.
